MarginSales (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://marginsales.com. This page explains what data we collect when you visit the site or submit our contact form, what we do with it, and your rights regarding it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, company, work email, phone (optional), service of interest, company size (optional), and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. We also collect basic analytics (page views, referrer, country) through PostHog to understand how visitors use the site.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are routed to our team via Resend (email) and stored in our Airtable CRM. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@marginsales.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for analytics (PostHog) and for remembering your theme preference. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core site functionality.
